Exercise Today
Recently, American people have lived inactively. But some people have come to start becoming active by doing the aerobic exercise. According to Seal,(1997) “Exercise”, these exercises are related to healthy life. I think it is important to continue our daily exercise and we can change our mind to do these exercise.
According to Seal, (1997), “Exercise”, people who did these exercises regularly and moderately lived longer and were not as likely to get heart disease as those who did not. And these exercises helped to reduce cholesterol, reduce our weight and relieve depression. However, many people fail to keep their exercise. To keep our exercise, we need the support of our partner and family. And we should be in a group program rather than individual program, and fit exercise into our daily life.
I think it’s very difficult to maintain regular exercise and fit exercise into our daily life. But exercise is most important thing to keep our health. So we should do it by getting the support of our partner or family. And I learned that we are more likely to keep our exercise in a group program. So I think it’s more effective to do exercise with my friend, partner and family because we can encourage each other.
